By clearly outlining our fees, we ensure that clients understand the costs involved from the outset, eliminating any hidden charges or unexpected surprises.

For our advice services, we may charge a fee ranging between £100 to £595. The amount will depend on a range of factors that differ with each customer. Any applicable broker fee applied would be payable either upon submission of an application to a lender or on issuance of offer. 

 

Your adviser will agree the fee with you before commencing any chargeable work and the amount payable will take account of the following factors;

• your personal financial circumstances

• the complexity of your borrowing requirements

• the amount of work required to fulfil your needs

We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.

You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panels offer to us.

Refunds

You will not receive a refund if your mortgage does not go to completion.
